Shipping is calculated at check out based on where you are located. We have worked hard to create a lightweight but strong product to reduce shipping costs.
You will be offered shipping options at check out as well.
Your order is being custom produced, so depending on the number of orders ahead of you, it could take up to 3 days for your order to ship out. You will be notified if it will take longer, and if you add your email address to the shipping information at check out you will receive updates as your package makes its way there.
International Delivery:
Your order may be subject to local customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees of the country to which you have your order shipped. You are responsible for all such fees, as Uniquely Whynot bears no responsibilities for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees placed upon your order.We will not offer a refund for returned goods as a result of these fees not being paid.
Damage in Shipping:
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours by sending us an email to crafter@uniquelywhynot.ca or by calling 289-481-1363. We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. Please email us images no larger than 300k each. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced.
IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are needed for inspection.
